Physicians Occupational Health and Occupational Diseases Attitude Scale Development

Background and Purpose: Occupational diseases (ODs) work-related are important issues that affect work life involve economic, medical, social, ethical dimensions. The aim of this study was to develop a scale measure the attitudes physicians working or likely on diagnosis notification ODs toward occupational health OD. Methods: This planned as development study. During process, item pool determined using three-round Delphi method, explanatory confirmatory factor analyses were performed pilot data.
